Vehicle Inspection which in the past was painful was enjoyable with the coffee, TV and Wifi
I had a bad leak on my transmission filter and had just had my driveway sealed. VA Tire & Auto took my vehicle in without an appointment replaced the filter and topped off the tranny fluid all at avery reasonable change. They were however finished with the car 90 minutes later than I was first told.
The front desk promptly answered the few questions I asked. The car was serviced satisfactorily in the time period estimated. The over-all experience was excellent. I have visited this tire and repair location before and have always been pleased with their professionalism and timeliness.
We were very happy with the customer service as well as the time it took to complete the repair. We will be back next time we have an issue. Thanks!

This is hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with a company before. A few of the reviews on here mention a quoted price, and that was exactly what they got. That is exactly what I did NOT get. The price was changed on me 3 different times and the day I was to pick up the vehicle, I was called and told the price would be double what I had been quoted, EXCUSE ME!!!! I went back and forth, and then told them to STOP all work and I would be there to pick up the vehicle. I arrived and they are still trying to charge me... read more
My recent safety inspection at Virginia Tire and Auto was my second. I remain very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of that service. Having the car left at the front door after completion is a classy touch. Thank you.
I hadn't taken my Mazda in for service for some time; primarily because several problem occurred with it that required the dealer to fix. I was due for a State Inspection, Oil Change and thought I would need the front/rear brakes serviced and thought I'd take it back VT&A of Gainsville. It was a smart choice!! The service was efficient, pricing competitive, Shuttle service nice and staff very pleasant and not out to gouge you for the repairs. I'll be back for my next servicing!!
Always get my oil changed here. Everyone is very friendly and efficient.
