Good job – Switching plates from PA to VA & stopped in for the VA Safety Inspection after reading the many good reviews on-line. It could not have been more painless. Less than half an hour & we were on our way. Kudos!
Great service.... – First I have been a customer for over 25 years, first at Centerville and now here in South Riding....wrt fixing my '96 Sable, Jack is doing everthing he can to get it back on the road....his willingness to spend time with me and explain the issues has been "outstanding." I had a car with a dead battery in my garage. Was unable to jump due to proximity of the car. The guys at VA Tire and Auto loaned me a jumper box so I could get my car into them which I did. Once my car was in their shop, it was ready within 30 minutes for this battery replacement. Nice experience and I'll return.
Convenient – Great customer service!! I thought I would have to wait for my car to be serviced; however, that was not the case. I was pleasantly surprised that they gave me a ride back to work and then picked me up when the car was finished. That made it soooo convenient! I felt like they heard me and gave me a great price on my tires and brakes. Thank you Virginia Tire & Auto!!
Courteous and Helpful – They were courteous, helpful, kept me informed and I never felt as though I am overcharged or have unnecessary services recommended!!!
Happy with service – I am very happy with the service i received from Virginia tire and Auto recently. This time I took my car for wipe blade replacement. I believe that I received the best price and service from them. The job was completed before even I finished complementary coffee.
Car done early – I brought my car in for service and used the shuttle service which was ready and waiting. I really appreciated the shuttle service which took me back to my home to wait. I received a call that my vehicle was just about done and this was earlier than expected.
I realized that the tags on my car expired. To renew the tags I needed emission inspection. Took the car to Virginia Tire and Auto of Ashburn not sure if emissions could be done late night. Not only VA Tire inspected the car and passed it but also applied discount coupon from their own. Very happy about the experience and will continue to take my cars to them for future needs. Highly recommend.
Thanks You Guys!! – I was recommended to Virginia Tire & Auto in Ashburn when I had a little accident. They fixed my vehicle to where it didn't look like it was in a crash!!! The price was just right, thanks you guys!!!
