Friendly desk service, however, I work two jobs currently and really needed for my FWD car to be aligned. The man stated the passenger-side lower ball joint was bad and couldn't align the car until it was replaced, and then stated that the whole control arm would need replaced. We took both front wheels off and tested for bad ball joints, struts, steering racks, and wheel bearings. Everything was in surprisingly good condition. The ball joint was absolutely not bad. Sure, it could've been a misunderstanding on his part, but ... read more
