Lived there for almost two years the rent was raised twice in two years, restricted access to laundry facilities, parents did not supervise children or maintain the public areas. It took almost five months to fix a dishwasher. Once we moved out we left the apartment looking almost brand new and it took forever to get our deposit back. However the manager was friendly and the apartments were brand new when we moved in.
