The process to claim winnings is somewhat difficult. While on vacation I won 2k on a scratch off and could not claim it at the claim center. I was told that I needed proof of my SS. But who walks around with that? And most documents only prints the last 4 numbers for safety reasons. I guess every state is different, so now I have to mail it which I am not too happy with but I have no choice.
Their Customer Service was excellent. They gave me everything I needed to claim my win quickly.
