Dr. Chebolu and staff provided excellent care with friendly welcoming. Waiting time was very short.
Thorough, professional and made me feel at ease while doing my diagnostics. What a great doctor! I highly recommend him.
Young Dr Patel (no relation) seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. He went thru the details in the pictures of my eyes and put me at ease about having no current issue with the retina. He gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and he answered them to my satisfaction. No worries now!
Being a new patient, it was a very thorough appointment. They redid an exam, took pictures, then we saw Dr Patel who was so nice, took his time to explain everything he saw and things we would see if diabetes or macular degeneration was occurring. My review would have been a 5, but the wait of 45 minutes to actually start seeing and doing all those parts of the exam was really long, considering how long ( another 45 minutes ) for the actual process of getting back to see the doctor.
