I had been working with another prosthetic company for 4 years and was on my 3rd prosthesis and was not satisfied at all with the comfort of their product. Within 10 minutes of meeting Shannon I knew I had made the right choice to change companies! Very satisfied with the service and product!

Roughly 2 years ago I called the office to ask if JD couth order replacement Orthopedic shoes and to create a leg brace and everything went smoothly. Then, about a year ago I started calling VA Prosthetics to help me with new shoes and to modify the brace. The Tech, JD called me and we agreed on an appointment date. I was unable to keep that appt because I had a conflict.
