Dr. Palagiri is an outstanding medical professional but the staff working for the Doctor in the front office have become very lazy and lethargic. They need to do a better job.
The staff and the Doctor were awesome.
I had a very positive experience with this practice today. After testing positive for COVID this morning, I called the office and was able to schedule a telehealth appointment almost immediately. The provider was attentive, helpful, and quickly called in a prescription for Paxlovid so I could begin treatment right away!
