I just finished my final followup. Outstanding results, I could not be more pleased.
i had never been to a cosmetic surgery practice before but va plastic surgery was recommended after a minor facial surgery. From the beginning they were professional and courteous. And they don't keep you waiting . I was always called back within minutes of my appt time. I worked with Dr. Frojo on the initial consultation and procedure and follow ups. I'm very pleased, and the new offices in VB are really nice. I'm so glad i called them!
Horrible customer service. I had to cancel an upcoming consultation. I did so over a week in advance via email. Then I also personally called to make sure. I was then informed they would be keeping my $50 anyways. I was never told it was non refundable when making the appointment. Only that it would be applied to any future services. So this office standard practice is to take $50 for their receptionist to type in a box a time. & Then to erase it. (With a week’s notice of cancellation). Dr. Frojo did intense laser resurfacing on my face. My skin was red and patchy from years of rosacea. The recovery was a struggle at first but Dr. Frojo was very responsive and understanding of my concerns. I'm all healed now and although I still have rosacea, my skin isn't red and patchy. It feels new and healthy. I couldn't be happier with the results.
Looooove this place! Dr. Morbia — along with all of the nurses — are incredibly personable, caring, and truly focused on your overall happiness. I couldn’t be happier with my breast reduction; Dr. Morbia did an amazing job. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering this procedure!
