When I made the appointment she told me to get there at 10:40. When I checked in the very nice gal told me my appointment wasn't until 11:30. She assured me they'd try to work me in. I only waited maybe 10 minutes when Robin came out to get me. I have honestly never had a mammogram that was that easy. Robin was professional and very nice. My experience was almost painless. That never happened before! I told Robin I will always get my mammograms at West Creek and I will ask for her!
If you have a history of infertility I would consider a different practice. I was evaluated by Dr. Neuman in January 2024. I had 4 miscarriages up until this point and was 39 years old. I had a very thorough workup up until this point. We discussed all relavent topics and history. I asked for an early, 6 week, ultrasound if/when I was pregnant again in which she agreed would be a good idea. Dr. Ladosci at VPFW was amazing! I went to her specifically for her expertise on perimenopause and she listened to my symptoms, came up with a thorough HRT plan, sent it into Amazon pharmacy, and I had my prescriptions the day after my appointment. It was seamless. If you are struggling with perimenopause symptoms, go see her!!!
These people have no regard for people's time or care. I was disappointed that not only did not receive any compassion, I was treated as though I was not living in my own body and knew what was happening to me. I was dismissed and disregard and not shown any...none...concern for my health. If you are pregnant you are their bread and butter and you might get more than a cursory glance . If you are no longer in that stage of life...you are no longer a concern. You will be shuffled to whomever and forgotten.
