Dr. Habib is always very compassionate and caring while seeing my children
Doctors are great but their scheduling response to your call, getting g hold of the office people just horrendous. Asked to confirm by calling before for lab tech availability and no way to get hold of the office. Main Scheduling office kept on calling the Herndon office but no one picked up phone. Had to drive up to office to know that lab tech is not there and the grind desk upon asking why no one was picking up phone this there no answer other than we are sorry. Please improve you office help desk.
I would not bring my kid back here again. My daughter was having an appointment at 3:15 PM. She was left in the exam room waiting for almost an hour. This is insane. We did arrive a little early. But is that our fault?! When I complained, they said “you guys arrived early.” I am very disappointed. I would not bring my kid back here again.
We've been seeing Shannon for years and she is the best! Remembers details from years prior and is so personable! We always enjoy appointments with her! :)
