Relaxing and pleasing atmosphere
The staff was very nice. The doctor was very polite and informative. 10/10!
They never answer the calls! I have left messages through their page and phone for months and no response! I have call every single day and they don't answer!! My daughter has record with them and at first (5 years ago) was everything good, but now I don't understand why they don't even answer the calls!!!
Very quick and efficient. Real good with children and very informative with answering questions and making you feel confident in the care your child is getting.
We have always had such a good experience here! My youngest has to see Dr. Crouch and my other two see Dr. Yu. Charisse in optical is wonderful! She suggested which glasses would match skin tone and what sizes we needed. She went as far as to help my 14 yo pick glasses that could be manipulated so they wouldn't make his "ears look lopsided" (according to him). Sometimes things get busy there and I understand. Every place has busy hours.
