Although receiving some medical care, I can no longer tolerate the repeated unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I experienced at this office. The way staff handled most of my calls and visits was unacceptable. The front desk staff, in particular, often acted unprofessional and cliquish, creating an unwelcoming environment. I would give 0 stars if I could. The fact that this doctor is still in practice is beyond me, and it seems I'm not the only person who thinks so based on prior reviews. I went to see Dr. Ayoub for a follow up visit for an IUD. Before the placement of the iud, I was informed of all the side effects, etc. The side effects I was feeling were all presented to me prior to receiving the IUD, so I felt no issues. Have been going here for well over 4 years as I have two kiddos and words can’t express the gratitude I have. It is nice going to an office and feeling heard, very thankful for giving me the two greatest joys in my life.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT SCHEDULE HERE. They rescheduled my appointment twice ! And just cancelled on me 15 minutes before my appointment started, I was already there.
