I wish I could rate them as a zero! I was seen by an internal medicine doctor for a pap smear, ( who does a cognitive test for an appointment for a pap smear??!) and the two medical assistants who brought me back into a room and proceeded to perform a cognitive tests on me profiling me due to my age, without explaining to me that they were going to perform this test and that I had an option to decline it. I had a very positive experience getting a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound here. The technicians and radiologist were thoughtful and caring during an extremely stressful experience. I was seen very promptly with only short wait times.
I’ve really enjoyed my time at VMFH Issaquah. Doctors & nurses have been wonderful. Staff has been friendly. Most of the complaints I’ve seen have to do with billing which is more of an issue with their insurance in my opinion but to each their own. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here and I love my primary April Yeh. Would absolutely recommend this location! It’s smaller but compared to some others but I would say still very medium sized.
