The worst service we ever received from a provider at Virgina Mason!!! My brother went in with a bad cough and was so very sick on a Saturday. On Monday, We went to pick up his meds at the pharmacy and it wasn’t there. We called the clinic and found out from the receptionist that the order wasn’t even placed and only the preferred pharmacy was! We were dumbfounded by this completely rookie mistake.
