Just wasted an hour at the Federal Way clinic. My husband had an appointment to see Dr. Neal. What a waste of time. Dr. Neal was absolutely no help. My husband was referred to see him for counseling. Apparently Dr. Neal doesn't do counseling, only medication.... Which my husband doesn't need because his primary care provider handles his medication. Waste of time and our $25 we had to pay for the copay.

In January and February I underwent 3 brain surgeries by Dr. Farrokhi and his amazing team! Even with one of them being a 17 hour surgery I recovered amazingly. I couldn't have done it without the surgical team, anesthesia, nurses and the nursing assistants!! Thank you everyone!

I am very disappointed with the service at Virginia Mason in Lynnwood. I have been a patient there for a few years and as expected, they have almost always been running late. I get that working with sick people makes it hard to stick to a strict schedule. What I found troubling is that I had an appointment to see a doctor at a time that was convenient for me. Virginia Mason called me back to reschedule for later that same day, they did not tell me why they were asking me to reschedule. I agreed to the change but was 10 minut... read more

Your radiation oncology team rocks. Sandra, Michael, Betsy and the others, too many to remember their names. 7 weeks of radiation in the spring, along with chemotherapy for lymph node cancer in my neck. They progressively made me feel worse and worse and worse, I lost 25 pounds (starting at 150 pounds)... all the while they did their best to make me as comfortable as possible, all the hot blankets I could request, turned my music up loud. My husband received the best care during his hospital stay. It could not have been better!! Team of doctors and nurses and physical trainers were excellent, even the food was great. If given s choice, chose VM!!

No words can express how thankful I am for the care given to my son when he went in alone to the ER with a collapsed lung. I live in Texas and had to fly up to be there but was often put at ease by the amazing nurses and doctors who did so much to take care of my son. Thank you all!
