RecommendedHighly recommend Virginia Mason. I visited a walk-in care location. All staff was personable, professional and facility was clean. I had an issue with my BCBS insurance and the VM billing department was very friendly, thorough and understanding with my issue.

I had brain surgery in 2010 and another one 6 months later and I had thee best surgeons and nurses anyone could ask for,they basically saved my life and I will for ever be thankful and grateful to them all❤️❤️❤️❤️

There are no follow up about your labs results high glucose results and no appointment to monitor an extra test maybe on fasting o anything extra. My husband also has side effects because of the cholesterol medicine and they say it is a cold!! So bad i am going to change my primary care

they were really good to my cousin who had back surgery and myself I was there as her caretaker I ate there most of the time and I love the gravy they had for breakfast I am from Louisiana and would love the receipe

I would recommend their heart institute. Also i was on 8th flr for a procedure and stayed a couple of days. My day nurse was Heather and she was awesome. Now the oncology waiting room is another matter. Has no one ever noticed the smell? Smells like buring rubber and BO. I would never get treatment there:(. I dont know how rhe front desk staff or people waiting can stand it.

I had emergency cervical, thoracic spine surgery in January. The Drs were amazing as were the nursing staff. I had so much fun with the nurses, they were professional but we had fun! I ended up with an infection under one staple and had to return several times but was taken such good care of!
