They don't call you back in a timely manner and when they do they don't leave a message. I called patient relations and found them not very responsive to my needs.

long time patients, after a year of our much liked GP for my 90 yo Mom retired, patient care has gone very much downhill. we will not be returning

I was told by a doctor here that he’d rather i pay out of pocket for my treatment than have to fill out L&I paperwork. I called to speak with administration on the matter and not once did they apologize or even try to rectify the matter. This is what’s broken with our health care. This hospital doesn’t care where it gets it’s money even if it bleeds their patients dry. Disgusting.

The Urology team is terrific! I was contacted by the urology team, because of what the doctor saw. I never made mention to him of anything neurological but it all came together in the imaging that was ordered. The Neuroscience Institute sucks big time! My primary care team away from Virginia Mason contacted the VM team without my consent. Dr. McMarthy couldn't find any reason for an "active lesion" on the spinal cord. He refused to rule out other possibilities & just said everything looks "normal". Whatever my home care team... read more
If what I’ve experienced is their ‘Standard of Care’ they have a long ways to go. I say this as a retired healthcare worker with 30+ yrs working directly with patients. The support staff trying to schedule seem more in tune with my care than the Providers whom clearly don’t even bother themselves with reviewing their patients history before entering the room :(
The staff was very help from, caring, and compassionate. They went out of their way to help me navigate the hospital.
