I had a lawn care service contract with this organization. However, they never completed the terms of the contract. They were supposed to remove leaves from my yard in November 2024, but despite several promises did not get this done, as of March 1, 2025. I have been trying to get my money back from them that I paid in advance for this service but again despite many promises the refund has not been made to me as of March 14, 2025. I highly recommend VLS, Kent and his crew did a fantastic job cutting down a bunch of huge branches from a tree that was hanging over our house. The crew were professional and did a wonderful job clearing up all the debris afterwards. They get a full 5 star rating. Thanks again.
