Dr Ginnan is a great doctor but his office staff are unprofessional. The person handling the billing is completely incompetent and never returns phone calls or emails. I had huge billing errors resulting in unexpectedly owing hundreds of dollars. If you read other online reviews (yelp, google, Angie’s List) for this place you will see the same story over and over again. Wish I had read them sooner!
I liked Dr. Ginnan but will no longer be going to this practice because of what appears to be incompetence with his billing or administrative staff. In December 2017 I was charged a $500 deductible fee by them for lab work I was having done. Fast forward 5 months and I noticed another deductible for a different medical practice was charged to me (I'm on a plan that resets December 1 so the first $500 deductible Virginia Integrative Health charged me should have covered me for the year).
