Very good service
They sent me a bill without my insurance factored into payment and I cannot reach anyone on the phone to resolve this issue. Extremely frustrating
Called to schedule an esphogram and told no availability until end of February. Could be dead by then .thanks for nothing
The young woman on the phone was rude and quickly lost her patience trying to explain their process to me, which still doesn't make sense. Edit. So I ended up calling again in the morning, and scheduled an appointment for a CT scan. I have to be honest, the facilities were top notch, and the medical staff were so, so kind. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Also the young woman receptionists was much nicer in person vs. when she was on the phone at the end of the day with nobody else but us to judge the interaction.
