Excellent Professionalism
We could not have asked for a better labor and delivery experience here. The staff respected our wishes, were incredibly kind and supportive, and responded to everything we asked for. Nurse Meghan in particular is a shining star!
I delivered my son here last November and boy what a rollercoaster. I was going for a TOLAC, and was two weeks overdue. My induction got rescheduled 3 or 4 times, one time was last minute when I was literally in my car on the way there. It was RIDICULOUS. I called patient services to complain and the woman said she’d get back to me and she never did. During my stay in L&D I was moved to three different rooms, which was pretty ridiculous for the short amount of time I was there. The staff themselves were great - I LOVED the O... read more
