I would have love to give zero stars if possible. Waiting 3 hours is fine at the Waiting room but Waiting for hours after the nurse has called you in is insane. I don't know why it called " Emergency" for. The nurse just pointed me to my room and that was it. A terrible place honestly
Overall best experience throughout the DMV!!!! Specifically KELLY BISHOP PA , has true empathy and sincerity inside vhc emergency room.. My health was a PRIORITY!!!, nothing I was concerned about was dismissed !!!
I have not been hospitalized at VHC and do not plan to be. I found a doctor I thought very well of in the Urogynecology Dept. And was planning to have a surgery with her at VHC. Unfortunately, immediately following a test in February, I was instructed by the nurse to sit on a rolling stool that the doctor had vacated when she left the room. The nurse wanted to take my blood pressure again. Apparently there was no brake on the stool or it was not employed because, as I attempted to sit down, the stool rolled away and I fell b... read more
