Having just purchased in Sun City Mesquite, my wife and I had been looking at homes in the entire area for over a year with Virginia. Couldn't ask for a better realtor! We live out of state and want to find our dream retirement home and Virginia did everything we asked.... and more! She is very knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. We found a new build and without any hesitation, she did all our leg work and guided us through the entire build, while we were living in a different state. Even did our walk-through and even helped us with all the additional utilities installs etc. so upon our arrival, everything was done.

Highly recommend Virginia: Her experience is very valuable. She will guide you thru all the steps of home buying plus take care of all the details. Outstanding level of service! Virginia went more than the extra mile to help make our transaction a success. She was ready to take care of any detail that needed attention, whether it was a minor repair, shipping items to us or helping us to find a home for items we couldn't move. Her market knowledge proved invaluable to us, resulting in a great price for our home in a matter of a few weeks. We just bought our retirement home in Mesquite and Virginia was there for us from Day One. She personally gave us a tour of the town, finding out what we were really looking for in a home and community.
