My experience with this sleep center was very disappointing. I was not informed about the coverage or out-of-pocket costs for supplies ahead of time. The charges came as a surprise, and I feel they were not transparent or upfront about the financial side of the consultation. It felt misleading, especially when clear communication should be a priority in healthcare. Because of this lack of transparency, I would not recommend this facility. Dr. Riggs, and everyone else in her office, are great. Dr. Riggs always takes her time and is very polite and thorough. She is very patient with all my questions and quickly responds when I send an email. Great Doctor.
I met with Dr. Charya for a followup to a Sleep Study I had in February. Dr. Charya was very pleasant and informative as she described the results and my options going forward, and she was very responsive to my questions.
I am very pleased with the hel and care that I received from the VA Heart sleep team in Lansdowne. This is a very supportive and professional group. All my concerns are being addressed.
