RecommendedI've spent the last six months here. I smashed a finger and broke another. Dr. Leibovic saw me 30 minutes before closing on Thursday January 3 as I was sent over from Patient First. Had he not been willing for me to come in so late, I would have gone to the ER. I was deeply appreciative that he and his staff stayed late during that holiday week. I got injured at work and was sent to The hand center. The long waits for the doctor was u believable, his personality was a bit undertaking, but an great physician. He took the time to address my concerns to insure that I could return to work safely. Needless too say after 5 months almost 6 I am expected to return after a year. My Workmencomp doctor was ready to send me back after 3 months of care. I personally thank this doctor for his attention to details and it was worth the wait. I didn't like it. I don't feel like I got a thorough examination. Waiting to see the doctor was to long.
My 1-year-old severed his middle finger and destroyed the nail bed several months ago. During an exhausting night at the VCU Pediatric Trauma Center, a surgeon from the Virginia Hand Center stitched him up. We had regular follow-up visits with Dr. Leibovic to monitor my son's healing, and everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful with an energetic toddler. It's now been five months, and my son's finger is PERFECT. You would never know that it was even injured. Thank you!
