It has been 14 months. At this facility for my procedure, the doctor skills were not really relevant to the results because the doctor only gives the anesthetic injections. I had 3 prior transplants over 20 years ago and the doctors played a part in making the implant sites. Fyi, transplants do not last forever :( The 2 techs did the extractions, site making and implanting. Looking back, more attention to mapping the hairline should have been given. I had FUE hair transplant in 2020, I am writing this 5 years post op. My FUE hair transplant does not survive, within a month large majority of it falls out and never grew back. I definitely do not recommend this place under Dr. Vigilante. Very terrible results. You will not get the results you want, it will be worse than expected. Dr. Vigilante and crew will reassure that it will be very successful and it is just words. Actions don’t show. Does not know what they are doing. Bad outcome and very expensive. Doctor just comes to draw lines on your head.
I am thrilled with the results of the hair restoration procedure performed by Dr. V and the team at Potomac Surgical Arts. It has been 3 1/2 months since the procedure (September, 2022), and I am delighted with the new growth of transplanted hair on my hairline and top. I can confidently say I look 10 years younger now. I highly recommend Potomac Surgical Arts for this type of procedure.
