I have gone to her for years to do me and my daughters hair. I understand mistakes happen but this was very preventable. I thought everything was good until my daughter got old enough to tell me that not only is she very rough with her when I'm not around, but she placed my child's face on a booster seat that somebody had their butt in without sanitizing it and after we left, we went across the street to the mall. Virginia has been caring for my family's hair for about 18+ years. I've never had an issue, always pleasant and accommodating. She and the ladies of her salon are the women I reference any time someone asks about braiding.
She was very respectful and it was a great atmosphere, and her friend who did my hair did an awesome job.
