She is excellent, professional, caring, knowledgeable, and personable. She has done 2 procedures for me , and made them comfortable as she could, and talked me through them. Really appreciate her.
I don't even know where to start. I have stage 4 cancer which was very advanced when I started seeing her. Rude, doesn't like answering questions, ignores messages, very dismissive when it comes to treatment complications, which left me suffering in the hospital. The worst part was just how rude and dismissive she always is and she will treat me like I'm an inconvenience and she sounds like she's yelling at me when I try to ask questions. Passion, dedication, knowledge, attention, thorough, great care, and respect I felt from the first visit and decided to have a surgery with Dr. Tsai. In the last two years I had several surgeries, but this was not a surgery for me. It was a great performance in Carnegie Hall conducted by an incredible Dr Tsai. I can't Thank You enough DR. Had a very unsatisfactory visit with Robert Hickman at La Jolla UTC this morning. It was my first time using One Medical and it is marketed as 'unrushed appointments' but it was very rushed. I had more questions and he literally said 'we don't have any more time for that.' And rushed me out the office door. I was so confused. He must have had another appointment. I've never experienced that at a doctor's office in my life.
