My family is new to this clinic. Everyone was great. From scheduling to being seen. It is very difficult to get through to make an appointment. I've left a message and pushed the button for a call back and haven't got any help. I had to drive up to the clinic to schedule and appointment.
They did not wait the required 15 minutes before seeing someone else and making me reschedule for only being 10 minutes late.
I just finished a phone call with Maria at VG. I called because I had trouble accessing MyChart. Maria was very helpful and patient. She walked me through the process and I was able to get in. I appreciate her patience and soft tone. Maria is a true asset to VG in Hillsboro. The 5 stars is for Maria and not necessarily other aspects of VG. Thanks Maria!
The first visit was excellent then it all went downhill from there. They treat me like I’m wasting their time when I wanna make sure the doctor that they’re setting me up with is in network with my insurance because I don’t have Oregon health plan. I’m not gonna just take the crumbs that you offer those patients.. not to mention you had already wasted my time by having me have to come back down there and get another EKG because you screwed up the first time and took two weeks of me messaging you and messaging you through my ... read more
