Receptionist nearly killed me after denying emergency dental services because I have an infant. Yep. Periapical granuloma caused cellulitis that spread from my temple to below my jawline and damaged my sinus. It looked like I had a softball on my face. I pleaded (sobbed) for an appointment for hours and was told “absolutely not”, lied to and hung up on. I finally walked into the clinic the next morning swirling the drain of Ludwig’s. The worst dental clinic that I have ever been to!!! Minus zero across the board if I could. Receptionists act like children and chit chat rather than doing their job!!! Highly unprofessional! I have spoken to three different managers and they do nothing, they have actually been through that many managers in a very short time span! Despite all the negative reviews that I have read about the receptionists, nothing has changed... Still the same ones with their attitudes and rudeness!!!
