What kind of unprofessional games are you guys playing? The worst dental experience of my life. I took two days off work and drove hours for what should’ve been a simple tooth extraction. After rescheduling multiple times because of their poor communication and rigid scheduling, I finally got in — only for the dentist to remove part of the tooth, give up mid-procedure, and leave me with a jagged, exposed fragment that’s extremely painful and now requires a specialist. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I am 70 years old and had a total of 19 teeth taken out so that I could get dentures. They laid out a dental plan and made me feel so comfortable that I can't stop singing their praises. A big shout out for Brenda a dental assistant and to the wonderful dentist, Dr. Okeke! All employees there are the BEST!!

It was extremely difficult to reach customer service. I left voicemails almost twice a day and never received a call back. After many attempts, I finally got someone on the phone, but when I asked if there was another number I could try, the person was very rude and uncooperative. She said, “We’ll call back when we get back,” in a disrespectful tone. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
