I visited this insurance office today, and I was very disappointed with the service. Instead of answering my questions respectfully, the female employee was laughing at me. I did not feel respected as a customer. Professionalism and basic respect are very important, especially in a business setting. I hope management will address this issue so other customers do not have the same experience.

I had car insurance for 10 years with Farm Bureau, until one day I was treated really bad on the phone with someone in the office when I questioned their new quote. I couldn’t believe that she treat a client for 10 years with them this way. I had recommended dozen of people to get car insurance with them (which is I was wrong!). So I checked other car insurances. And to be honest I pay half the price right now. I guess things happen for a reason.

I have no problems with them. Everything is great. When paying cash to them at the office,need to pay them exactly since they have nothing to give you change. I think they charge you more money if you pay in credit card. If you have any questions/concerns, please contact them directly. Thank you
