Very disappointed in the customer care here & the lack of communication. Feel like we could never talk to our actual agent, receptionist always took messages & we would never get calls back or it would take forever. 2 Fridays ago called to get a quote on a vehicle we already had insured there but wanted to change the type of coverage. 2 weeks later message was never returned & no new quote. I visited this insurance office today, and I was very disappointed with the service. Instead of answering my questions respectfully, the female employee was laughing at me. I did not feel respected as a customer. Professionalism and basic respect are very important, especially in a business setting. I hope management will address this issue so other customers do not have the same experience.

I had car insurance for 10 years with Farm Bureau, until one day I was treated really bad on the phone with someone in the office when I questioned their new quote. I couldn’t believe that she treat a client for 10 years with them this way. I had recommended dozen of people to get car insurance with them (which is I was wrong!). So I checked other car insurances. And to be honest I pay half the price right now. I guess things happen for a reason.
