All of us have bad days but when paying for professional services, I expect a certain level of care. Today’s experience was going well until Dr. Keffer entered the room. I was a new ( to him) patient. He never introduced himself or acknowledged my husband. He did the necessary examination but was very cavalier. He was rushed and seemed aggravated by my questions.
