Went to the Forest Ave office saw Dr. Meekins he gave me eye drops that made my eye problem worse. I called the office to get a different eye drop and they said they would call me back but no one called back. I called again the next day and after the run around I was told to keep using it although my eye was red and swollen because of the drops and it was worse than it was before. I told the nurse the instructions said do not use if you get swelling but she still said for me to use it. Don’t go here these people do not care ... read more

I drove over an hour and a half to take my son to see Dr. Jones. And she treated my son who is in the process of being tested for having Autism as if he was "weird" and so beyond annoying because he was having trouble keeping his eyes wide open. Which is difficult to do, especially when you have had all sorts of drops put in your eyes which makes them feel uncomfortable as it is. He does not like people touching him. One of the lady’s in the front is very rude and probably treats people with discrimination she wouldn’t let my son picks the color he wants for his glasses and then they handed another kid the same color and I had to ask her to check again just to give him that color again you shouldn’t let kids feel that they are different and should treat them with respect

Not giving one star because some of the staff are really nice and helpful—except for a few that really aren’t. Left my Dad’s glaucoma Dr this summer after his receptionist said nothing to acknowledge the news that he’d suffered a stroke/ in fact just generally acted annoyed that I had to postpone an appointment bc of it. But, his other Dr is good, to be fair. The main issue is the owner/ operators setup of this place: they shuffle ppl w poor vision in between different waiting rooms/ repeatedly.
