They let me get my glasses after closing after all. They were friendly and understanding. Thank you!
Most recent visit was great. Everybody was professional and friendly and the doctor and the nurse went above and beyond for me in my opinion. Very clean and organized
While the doctors and staff are both very nice, they aren't up front about which tests are optional and push you to do one's that aren't necessary or covered by insurance. They also really don't like to give you your prescription to order glasses online, which I understand, except their options are very very expensive and you end up paying over $200 even with insurance coverage. I continue to go back because they're kind and I feel that they do a good job, but I really would appreciate a few small changes to not be as pushy.
I’ve been going to VEC for my annual eye exams for about seven years now. While I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, there are a few aspects that I find frustrating. First, almost every time I go for my appointment, I am taken in late, and I end up spending at least 2-3 hours at the clinic. I understand that some patients may require more time, but this should be factored into the scheduling to help respect everyone’s time.
