I have been going to this this practice for several years. I have experience with routine, acute care and progressive issues. Dr. Ziai and Dr. Merrill have always treated me with the utmost care, respect and interest taking time to inform and educate at each visit. The staff is patient as I have problems with my voice and I have Essential Tremor which can make it challenging to hold still at times. I highly recommend.
The staff/secretary here is absolutely terrible. They were very rude and then hung up the phone on me, I did not behave in any way for them to treat me like that. I'm not leaving a low star review because I don't want to hurt the business' reputation with stars, but rather the physicians here really need to be aware of how their staff is treating their patients/potential patients.
