Been a patient for about a year, and finally feel like I have an endo who listens to me. At times, it's been hard with scheduling, however the care I've received has been 1st class.

I find Dr. Bowen-Wright exceptionally reachable and incredibly talented! Did you read her bio?! I feel very fortunate that she is my doctor leading the way through this Diabetes minefield.
So far they have been great. I have had multiple appointments and all has been great. I don't call unless, I really need too. Dr. B has been awesome. She is very attentive and listens when you talk to her. The receptionist was great. I didn't understand how a part of my insurance worked and she was more than helpful and followed up with me.
From the time I made the appointment to now, nobody's picking up the phone. I canceled my first appointment by leaving a voice-mail before it could happen because I'm not dealing with doctors who do this. No patient should.
