The wait was crazy ridiculous. We got here at the time requested of 9:45a.m. we were told it was a short delay. We didn't go back for pre-op until around 12:30p.m. they took him to the OR at 2:24 and we are finally leaving 3:30. Time frame was crap we spent from 945 until 330 we spent almost 6 hours here and prolly 5 hours sitting around.
My son had his tubes placed this morning with Dr. Salley and his clinical staff. They were very thorough, informative, and addressed any concerns we had. Although we were there for approx 2 hrs, the placement was super quick! I recommend Dr Salley to take care of your little ones who need tubes or any other procedures.
Everything went on smoothly . Dr. May is awesome and all the other staff too. They were caring towards my child who had ear tube surgery at their center last week. I had a good experience with the team.
I honestly have never been talked to so rudely by a "nurse" than I have been at this office. Brandi spoke to me like I was a child. Huffed and puffed when she found out my daughter had a few ounces of milk 4 hours before the procedure was supposed to happen. (which was my own fault) She was not empathetic or kind like a caretaker should be. I will not be back to this office.
