I think the practice overcommunimates via text and email. The practice appeared to be taking adequate precautions amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. I only had two critiques about the visit. Although the hygienist was very careful when cleaning my teeth, she did not take care of cleaning my night guard when I told/showed her I brought it. It’s all about how you treat people and whether your staff’s behavior reflects your rhetoric. From the beginning of my visit, when I called to say that I had arrived, the person who answered the phone was, to be kind, less than happy to hear from me. Also, despite acknowledged COVID-19 precautions, making me wait in a hot car for over 20 minutes was discourteous and you need to find another way. I had a tooth emergency, Dr Leonard Toyer was able squeeze me in on short notice. If you need same day service, it doesnt hurt to check in and see what their schedule is like.
