It’s not a good look for being a new patient and having staff schedule an appointment that took 40 minutes to get to,for them to then say that I’m not scheduled today.
I always receive excellent care from the staff at VDAA. Dr Campbell is very thorough and has a comical bedside manner that keeps me at ease as a patient. They are all so kind and take time to listen to my concerns. They also have a great pediatric dentist. This practice does general anesthesia and sedation dentistry. I highly recommend VDAA.
Dr Phillips was referred to me some time back so this was my 5th visit and I was very impressed and happy. Everyone was Very friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me in detail and the visit was very efficient and thorough. They were all very gentle, therefore, they did not hurt my mouth while doing the exam, and cleaning. I would definitely recommend.
