Incompetent, unprofessional, and prejudice. They took my money for an application, denied me even though I met the income qualification because of the color of my skin, and made me lose 2 other rentals because they strung me along for almost a week. Real estate agent was unfriendly too. After reading the other reviews, I think I just dodged a bullet!
The owners name is Neal Rosenbaum I have been renting with him only one year and have multiple videos on my ring doorbell with him coming over unannounced and peeking in my door. I’ve contacted the office manager Bettie Lewis and they literally did nothing while the owner Neal Rosenbaum tried to lie but I have video !!!!!!! Be very careful when dealing with Neal, he a great guy to talk to, but he can be untruthful/deceitful. We purchased a home where he represented the seller, after we received our home inspection we granted him a copy. During our buying process, Neal informed us that the seller refused to repair some major item which was on the home inspection findings.
