Extremely disappointing customer service and lack of accountability from superintendent. Despite multiple follow-ups with team members regarding an unresolved grading issue, communication with the superintendent has been nearly impossible. If something needs to be fixed at your home, be prepared to wait six months or longer for a resolution (assuming you can even get someone to respond).
I had a great experience purchasing a home in Virginia Commons! Everyone was attentive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. There was a hold up on my end with the buying process and they were very patient and worked with me until it was resolved. I’m very happy with my new home!
