Two of my now grown children with complicated neurological conditions have been in the care of Dr. Tuwiner for over a decade. He is an incredible diagnostician with unbelievable knowledge of neurological conditions , medical testing related to their issues, and excellent understanding of how to treat various complex disorders. Exceptional, can't find a better doctor. Dr. Tuwiner is knowledgeable and solves problems. He's very dedicated to his patients.
I saw Dr Tuwiner a few times for Bell’s palsy, and I was utterly disappointed. He essentially told me that nothing can be done & I have to live with it. I found out a couples of yrs later, from other doctors, that I should have gotten facial physical therapy & there medical procedures that can make a significant difference. If I had gotten the physical therapy early it could have been more effective. He just didn’t care, and literally spent less than 5 minutes with me before he rushed to his next patient.
