Two of my now grown children with complicated neurological conditions have been in the care of Dr. Tuwiner for over a decade. He is an incredible diagnostician with unbelievable knowledge of neurological conditions , medical testing related to their issues, and excellent understanding of how to treat various complex disorders. The staff is just as helpful and has excellent communication skills and immediate follow up. I saw Dr Tuwiner a few times for Bell’s palsy, and I was utterly disappointed. He essentially told me that nothing can be done & I have to live with it. I found out a couples of yrs later, from other doctors, that I should have gotten facial physical therapy & there medical procedures that can make a significant difference. If I had gotten the physical therapy early it could have been more effective. He just didn’t care, and literally spent less than 5 minutes with me before he rushed to his next patient.
