Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? When my son was little I absolutely loved it here. Dr. Pyrgotzki (spelling?) is the absolutely best and the most friendly! The nurses are usually kind and helpful. My main complaint is it is very rare for your child to see the same Dr so you don't really get that level of personalization. If your child goes in for a sick visit and they want to see him/her again in a few days they will just about always see a different doctor that doesn't know how they felt or sounded when they originally came in for the visit. Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? No, they don't over-treat my child Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Yes, they allowed me to accompany my child Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
