The staff at this location are wonderful. Aisha was very kind and professional.
Whitney was amazing and I barely felt the needle going in or out. We joked around and she checked on me during and after giving blood. I plan to go back in a few months.
Had a 9am appt. Door did not unlick until 9am Staff were not ready. It was 9:25 before I was able to start my donation. Clinical portion was good. They have personal TVs at each bed and headphones with disposable protective ear covers. The donation time seemed longer than when I do community drive donations. Overall a decent experience.
Great staff; always enjoy giving at this location. Shoutout to Dian and Whitney for their compassion and attentiveness!
