Went there for a platelet donation. It was two hours of uninterrupted TV time, warm blankets, and people saying that they are proud of me… not too shabby for this mom! Whitney was incredible - so knowledgeable, personable, and caring.

I have donated three times at this location, and have yet to have a positive experience. Aside from that, the methodology of securing personal items while donating leaves MUCH to be desired. Items are placed in a closed cabinet below the bed, and it is up to the donor to get these items upon procedure complete. But, if these items are not recovered before leaving, the items will be donated. This happened to me, and I have been attempting to track down these items for over a year with no luck.
