Had my first appointment with Wic this morning. The staff were so helpful and professional. I really appreciate their kindness and positive attitude.
The lady that works at the front desk has absolutely no peoples / customer service skills. Every time that I come to my appointment she’s mad about something (Personal things). When she’s in a bad mood she just takes the phone off the hook so nobody can call ! That’s just insane ! She never smiles just always in a bad mood. They need to put her in the back and put somebody with a smiley face in the front.
