Reservations wrong even with confirmation. Restaurant not working.
Elevators here are the worst. But I like the Trade Winds and that it's close to the beach
Beautiful elegant looking entryway doesn't warn at all of the (very) shabby $90/nite we stayed in for 4 days in Dec. 2015. The carpet is ugly, old, dirty and lifting. Horrid, really.
The beach on the north Shore of Virginia Beach was interesting.
The kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, mic & fridge but remember to pick up plates, cups, napkins, & extra coffee. There is grocery right across street, easy enough! Wifi is not free in rooms

Needs modernization asap! one of our tv's didnt work and maintenance was called twice, no one came. we asked about a discount, but were refused. That said, the room was clean and close to the beach.
Horrific hotel. Plumbing barely works in rooms. Metal surfaces are corroded. I got food poisoning at the restaurant. Stained sheets, sofas. Avoid at all costs.
