Steve and Jackie (and the rest of their team) have managed our property for a month and it's already better managed than the property management company we had been using for the past 3 years. Steve Dunbar and his team have managed our rental property for years. They are accessible and responsive to our needs and we have never had any issues with their service. Recently, we lost our townhome to a fire. The pictures Steve posted while advertising to renters plus the records that were kept on upgrades and other associated costs were very useful when we submitted our insurance claim. You cannot go wrong with this company.
Been using them for over 3 years. No complaints. They have excellent communication and are always keeping me informed about my property. Highly recommend.
