Was referred to Dr. Cao for severe migraines, and within one visit, she prescribed me with medication that finally reduced the number of migraines. Super helpful on my follow-ups, her staff are lovely and very kind. Never had problems with refilling medication - my pharmacy sends requests that are approved within a day. Would highly recommend this office!

Apparently, there is some disorganization in this medical office because my spouse’s appt was rescheduled multiple times because they kept choosing times when the doctor wasn’t in the office; however, they called my spouse and said “the doctor won’t see you because you canceled your appointment four times.” How inaccurate! It was your office staff, SIR/MA’AM, who kept rescheduling the appt because “the doctor” isn’t in the office. Maybe it’s good that he not be seen at this place.

I am a new patient of Dr. Lamarche. I see him for migraines and other issues. He really goes the extra mile and he actually listened to my concerns and symptoms. The wait was a little long, but considering how attentive he was to me during the appointment, I can see why. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and very helpful.

We recently started seeing Dr Cao for my mother's dementia about 3 months ago. Dr Cao really takes her time with my mother and answers all of our questions. She is smart and direct and does not sugar coat things like most doctors. The front desk staff is new and very professional and always makes us feel at home. This office is the hidden gem of medical care in Virginia beach and recommend to everyone.
