In August 2023 I had surgery at this location, I didn't receive a bill until December. On February 15, 2024 I had received a call from the office and a lady asking when I was going to be able to pay a bill in the amount of $6,723,93, she then informed me that I had until the end of June 2024 to finish paying it or else they would send it to collections. The staff was great for my outpatient surgery!
Office staff, nurses, and doctors were wonderful. The facility is designed nicely; much better than another surgical outpatient location that I went to previously which was very drab and dreary. Only complaint was that my SS number was fully displayed on many of the documents. I suggested they review this policy as SS numbers are not needed for identification or for billing. Overall, a good experience. Also, they are right next door to Sentara VB hospital. This is good, of course, should complications occur.
Told to be here at 11:15. Waited for 45 min just to check in. Still haven’t been called back after an hour of waiting. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
